sunset monti not opening up in 2 weeks

hello. my sunset monti has not opened up in 2 weeks.
tank parameters:
phone 8.3
nitrate 5
alk 10
calcium 450
magnesium 1480
temperature 78-79

under hydra hd 52s. Ive moved it all the way to the bottom for a few days and nothing . see pics..

anyone have any ideas?
