sunset monti not opening up in 2 weeks

hello ,

I have had a sunset monti not give polypeople extensions in 3 weeks.
I've moved it down for a few days and still no improvement. moved it back up 2 days ago still no improvement.

any help would be appreciated. it's en crusting the rock a bit but won't extend
