I have only had my sailfin tang for one month. This fish has decimated my razor caulerpa algae problem. Before I was pulling out handfuls of this stuff once a month. Now.... I have to look for it. This is my first tang. It was a fellow reefers fish before I got it. It eats like pig! The aggression from the clownfish has completely stopped. It eats the algae out of the power head and wave maker lol.
It's only 3.5" now and has plenty of swimming room in my 90G for the time being. I know they get about 15" in length. I am planning on a larger tank in the new house. The only thing I dislike about it is that I can't get the algae in the algae clip fast enough. It nips at my fingers until I get it in the clip.
