My 230gal reef to be tank

Hey guys, first of all im 16 years old, living in Beirut, Lebanon. I've recently renovated my 230gal tank. Its been up for about a month and a half now. Its a 180gal display tank, and a 50gal sump. My sump is divided into 4 divisions, the first containing 2 dymax ls-60 skimmers (im getting the reef octopus regal 300sss protein skimmer in January 2015), then comes the refugium (about a third of the sump volume), then the last 2 parts have the filters and live rock).

The refuge currently only has chaeto, but I can see that its multiplying to about 4 others. so that's good :D

I have 2 vertex reactors one being the rx-u 2.0 which I use for nitrate removal, and the rx-u 1.5 for the phosphate. I recently changed my lighting from being 8 t5s, to led and 2 blue t5 lamps (the light is dymax also), Its divided into 150 led spots and 2 long blue t5's.

Ive got 120 pounds of live sand and 170 pounds of live rock. Inside the tank are 2 resun 15000 wave makers (planning to get 2 vortech mp60s with the skimmer in jan when I go to the US).

Livestock:

2 large yellow tangs, one clown fish, 1 hermit crab, 2 cleaner shrimps, 1 longspine urchin, 1 chocolate chip starfish(im gonna trade it for a blue star fish, since its not reef safe and its too big now).

My question is that do I need the vortech mp60s? cuz their gonna cost me about 1150$ alone. In addition to that I want to ask about calcium reactors and if you can a list of what I need along with it, because im setting up a perfect environment before I add the corals. Another thing is if I get the skimmer mentioned above, approx. how much fish can my tank hold.

Thanks in advance guys ;)
