Emergency!! Dropped cement glue in tank!

I have a 150 gallon tank that has been running for a year. The brace has cracked recently so I was planning on fixing the brace. I was going to use glass for the brace but my dad likes to help out but he's the kind of person that likes to do it his way or he won't help at all! So he made a brace out of aluminum idk if that's good either but he glued it side to side so it looks like it's cuffing the tank. But while he's doing this he used super duty Cement glue the kind you use for glueing granet onto tables. Idk what kind of Glue it is but it stinks very bad. It told him not to do this but he did I got so mad bc he dropped about 3 inches of it into the tank half dried up not fully cured! I'm so mad right now. My fish and corals haven't acted up but idk if my tank is truly safe! And now I have the brace on top of my broken on but I can't have my water lvl to high or Wales it will hit the aluminum! Any suggestions please help. And I can't remove the aluminum bar bc it's stuck on good!
