Need lighting help

I currently am only running 2 60inch t5ho bulbs and they both burnt out. I am looking to get something better. My limit is $250. What's the best i can get for the money? Is Led possible in that price range?

Tank is a 125 gallon 72" long. Current only have 2 damsels and no corals. Might do corals in the future though. Thanks
