coral rx

I got an sps coral this past Saturday and follow my regular acclimation and dip process using rx, today I was looking at the coral with a magnifying glass and I spotted red bugs , so I dipped again this time I added more of what is recommended , guess what , I still spotted red bugs.
Does this bugs come off instantly or they die slowly, or this product just sucks.
Anyone has experience with this product?
