I've always heard there is no such thing as too much flow in an aquarium.
Well, I'm setting up a 29 gallon which is going to primarily be an SPS Aquarium with a 10 gallon sump. I ordered an 800 gph overflow and asked for 1" PVC for the drain, I've been informed that they can only put 1" PVC on their 1200 gph model.
Would a 1200 gph overflow be TOO MUCH flow for only 29 gallons?
