Power Head for a Biocube 14

Hello, I am brand new to this site and new to the hobby. I've looked through some forums trying to get an Idea for a powerhead for my Biocube 14. I read one thread that said the Jebao RW-4 would be a good one for it and even some of the answered questions on Amazon said it would be fine. That was not the case, way to powerful for my size tank even on the lowest setting. I'm glad I got it because I will use it on a bigger tank later on but for now I still need one for my little tank. I appreciate any input.
