Dosing needed? dosing pumps suggestions

I am thinking about starting to dose my tank. I have a 120 tank with mostly lps coral. My Calcium is typically around 400 which i am happy with but my alk is staying around 7. I would like to raise both of those numbers.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what kind of dosing pumps to get. I dont want to get anything crazy and i do not have a controller or anything.
