empty Tank

I cant deiced what to do with my tank. I started up a new 220 gallon last summer now I have moved all my fish and coral that were in my other tank so its basically empty. It is a 72 gallon bow front with a 30 gallon refuge and a coral life skimmer. There is sand and some live rock left in it. I have two thoughts break it down and put it up on Craig's list or do a FO tank or maybe FO with some LR. Thoughts?
