Juvi Atlantic Blue Tang not looking good

Hi guys, any help would be appreciated with the issue at hand. I purchased An Atlantic blue tang last Sunday and by Wednesday there are color variations that do not seem to go away. I have posted a picture I took on Wednesday. I have looked but have found nothing else that looks like this. All other tank mates are fine. Seems to pick at the leftover nori from my vlamingii, and behaves normal. I'm at a loss, please help.

0 nitrate
0 nitrite
