What do I need a FOWLR tank

I just got ever thing out of my 48 gallon tank. So soon it will be a salt water tank. I have some ????



What typ of filter would I need? I dont have room under my main tank for a sump tank.



How much live sand/rock would I need?



What typ of heater do I need?



What do i need to teast the water for salt and so on.



What about lights?



And what are other stuff do I need?
