Ich Problem

Hi this is my first post, My long nose butterfly fish has come down with a bad case of marine whitespot and was looking for any advice on the subject. I have ruled out the use of copper based methods and have so far done a few treatments with esha oodinex but it keeps coming back. Butterfly doesn't seem bothered and there is only one other tank mate with the ich. My protein skimmer is off and so is the UV steriliser while I'm treating. Any advice appreciated TY
