I have had my GBTA for about a month now and I have to say it has been a challenge. It moved from the desired spot (my choice, not his) and went into a cave in the rockwork. He stayed there for over a week with only minor changes in overal position. He was very green, big bubble tips, looking amazing. It has moved a couple of times since but not very far until finding its current bad location. It is at the bottom of the tank, under an overhang and has lost nearly all its green coloration. It now appears a greyish blue and the tenticles are looking very shriveled and short. It opens a bit to get some light by peeking out. It has eaten a piece of raw shrimp weekly and last ate two days ago. It appears as if it is in move mode again as most of the foot is not attached to the rockwork anymore. Just attached by about 1/8th of its foot. It is a huge specimen....about 5 inches across the foot as it appears now. I took some pics last night and will try to post once I get them downloaded from the camera. I have a reefbreeders LED and rampled up the light intensity a bit to see if it is light starved. I had already tried to ramp it down slightly and that did not work. any other ideas? Dkh 9, SG 1.025, 0 trites, trates, ammonia, Cal 380 - 400. Temp 80.4
