Tuesday, rise and shine!

Good morning TRT friends, and.....HAPPY TUESDAY! Rain is passing, with a bit of fog this morning, and will be in the 50's. Scrambled egg sandwiches to go with our coffee and oink mikk for an easy to grab starter. Had a nice family day yesterday.....'Lil' Hack had one more day off to be sure 'bug' has passed, so we took advantage of it and spent the day out. Last night wound up at our friends house and was full of company and food. Their son was visiting from Oregon, and when a Puerto Rican family has a shindig, they have a SHINDIG! I thought I cooked for an army.....WOW! Their home is no larger than ours, but bet there were, hummmmm, maybe 40ish folks coming and going with 30ish at a time in there? Yep, it was a good night.:cool: Hope all are well, and have good thing in store for themselves today, be safe,
