Is this a tiny coral polyp?

I've been googling and I can't find anything solid. I'm sorry for the poor image quality...iPhone zoom is only so good. It's also the best angle I could get. I don't have any coral, and this piece of rock was added a month ago, but this looks like more than some little clove polyp to me.
