Hello from Los Angeles, CA

My dad's friend gave me her nano tank 20 gallon about 18", including 2 clownfishes, couple of hermit crab and snail and some coral. She told me to clean up the 5-6 live rocks with scrub and left it on the sun which I mistakely did for a week or two. Then without any knowledge, I put it back it and cause the ammonia spike and killed everything in it except for clean up crew and coral. I let the ammonia to settle down then I get another fishes and apparently they killed each other but on lfs they were doing fine together. Then again killed everything in it. Now I haven't added anything to tank yet. So if you guys have some kind of input what I should do, please let me know. The tank has been with me for about 2 months now. I want to get 2 clownfishes in couple weeks from now. I'm not sure if the tank is ready or not. I don't want to get another ammonia spike. I still have my freshwater lighting bar about 120 v with 19 w, another lighting about 50 w and another lighting have about 9 white led and 3 blue led (marineland from my dad's friend). I also want to frogspawn or anemone. I'm not sure if the lighting is enough. I went to 2 lfs near me, one said the marineland is enough for frogspawn and another lfs said no the marineland its not enough.
