Best source of info concerning DIY LED full spectrum builds (preferrably 2015-16)

so the past 2 days ive been literally ripping my hair out going back and forth between different sites and sources telling me all sorts of answers concerning the best full spectrum led build.

since i have little trust anymore for companies that use bridgelux LEDS out of random bins, i decided ill just stop hoping for a savior and make my own full spectrum LED build using high end cree, phillips, and osram LEDS out of GOOD bins.

my only question now is WHERE can i find the correct information regarding how to setup the build, where to purchase components from, and if possible, how i can make a fixture that has a gap in middle of build to compensate for my crossbrace on my 37 gallon tall.

since (good) LEDS are supposed to have a lifespan of some 8+ years, i wouldnt feel bad dropping high end money on a DIY kit, provided it has the exact spectrums that a thivinng mixed reef would require.

i believe once i start build i am going to rescape my tank to have 2 pillar island under each section on either side of crossbrace, so a build that has 2 clusters of LEDS would probably be the best for me.

please anybody that has current info for good companies, articles, and that sort, if you could share your insight id be in a world of debt to you :)
