Tank going?

So recnently I have been fighting an issue with my SPS and now this afternoon it seems my LPS seems affected. My two goniopora that were out and waving are no longer doing so.

All my paramaters checked out BUT my NO3 and NO2, as well as my dKH bouncing up and down from 8 to 10 to 9.

NO3 @ 80 but is down to 40 ppm.

NO2 @ 1 ppm.

Is that high nitrate causing my recession on my LPS? And is it affecting my SPS to a degree where they are losing color and polyps? Going to try to stablize the tank in the next few weeks before I attempt to add anymore corals. Hopefully my 6" Maxima will not be affected.

I run a Protein Skimmer (SCA-302), Carbon/Biological filter (AC70 and carbon in my overflow), I also have a good amount of LR and have chaeto in my sump.

Please tell me your inputs and let me know what I can do better.
