Tank Crashing?

OK so I hate to be one of those guys posting one of those "All my parameters are fine but my tank is doing horrible, tell me what the problem is" threads but I'm starting to get worried.

The corals in my 150gal are not doing good. My green apple monti cap which was doing great is only green around the edges. My red monti cap is looking dull as all hell. Almost all my snails in my tank have died in the last month. And my candy cane coral, which was getting insane polyp division just 2 weeks ago, is shriveled up and the form of the skeleton is starting to show.

Now for the standard "everything is fine" part. All my parameters are fine. They almost never change. I have done nothing new maintenance wise as of late. If anyone needs to know what my tank specs are, there is a link at the bottom of my signature.

I'm not asking for answers to what is happening. I've been on this site (and planet) long enough to know that it is next to impossible for anybody to figure that out without actually living in my house and observing my tank. However, suggestions are always welcome. I would however like to know what steps people take when something like this happens. The only thing I can think to do is a water change and I'm going to the store in about an hour to grab some activated carbon. I'd just like to nip this in the butt before I lose my corals.
