Revive Coral Dip - Bad Batches going around? New Bottle is Cloudy - Is it Safe?

So I got a new bottle of Revive Coral Dip from Two Little Fishies.



I have used it before and have gone through a few Bottles already.



This new bottle seems "Cloudy" though.



Has anybody else seen this before?



I have heard about Bad Batches of Salt before and was wondering if Revive ever got Bad Batches like the Salt does?



Is this still safe for my Corals?



Maybe they Changed the Recipe?
