Derasa clam care?

recently obtained a beautiful little derasa clam and I've been wondering what other needs other than water quality/parameters and good lighting do they need. i got mine about two days ago and he has been acclimating very slowly, he barely opens up maybe half an inch and i don't have many inverts that would bother it other than a peppermint shrimp and 1 hermit crab
