Canary blenny not eating after I put him in a hour ago

My canary blenny is from peco and I got him an hour ago I drip acclimated for an hour and I put him in. I gave him some mysis but he didn't eat it. He is breathing rapidly and didn't accept the food. He looks kinda skinny. I'm worried please help
