How often should I feed my fish?

So their feeding schedule is everyday at 9:15 pm before I go to the gym.
I have: a blenny
a clownfish (Ocellaris)
a raccoon butterfly
snail
two hermit crabs.
Then one night I feed them at 10:20ish and they all ate but then the next morning I see my raccoon hiding under a rock, which is extremely unusual because he is the most active one in my tank, I started to panic, so I gave them frozen mysis shrimp again and he quickly swam up and ate. So my question is how often should I feed my raccoon? Do you think that he was hiding under the rock because he was hungry again?
