How do I catch my clownfish??

Yesterday I tried to move my fish to my main tank to my nano, it didnt work out at all. We had to wait another day and try again, I really need help because
I need to move them in today. So, no fish trap ideas because I have no time :rolleyes: :rolleyes:...
