ID Help with a plant???

I'm not sure what the green thing is growing out of my zoas. It almost looks like some kind of plant.

I can't get a very good angle on it, so if need be I'll pull a "leaf" off and try to get a better picture, but I don't want to harm it if it isn't bad for my tank.

Any ideas?
