This is my first post here, so if I am doing something wrong, please inform me!
A little background first...
I have been operating freshwater aquariums since I was six years old, and have decided to move onto saltwater. My current plan for the new aquarium is a 50-60g tank w/fish and live rock (maybe reef later on, after I get some experience).
Now my query...
My planning is going well, except for my substrate choice. I recognize that having sand (fine grain medium) opens the doors to many type of fish. Despite this, sand has specific cleaning conditions. Does anyone have any tips or recommendations? Anything is appreciated!
