White Stuff floating around in my tank

For about two weeks now I have had white particles floating around in my tank and also it sits on top of the water.

At first I thought it was just sand getting blown around but it's not. It doesn't seem to bother any of my fish or corals and my water is testing fine.

Any ideas?
