best sump return pump for 10g sump/37g DT?

so after getting a small tingle in the water with my finger the other day i started researching and saw that rio pump have an ongoing list of problems with early burnouts and waterproofing leaking. my return pump is a rio 1100 gph.

what would be the best pump to switch to for my sump? id like to have my pump flow just slightly higher than what my coralife super skimmer 65 pumps(650-750gph), have around 47 inches of head, just about 4ft.

price doesnt mean much since id rather have the cool things in my tank take my breath away, not a faulty pump lol :)

i have limited space in sump for the pump but push comes to shove i can just get rid of some baffles
