Will this be enough?

Will 36 watts in 144 leds and 30 watts of 50/50 t8 lighting be enough for an anemone in a 55 gallon tank? I do plan on upgrading soon, but for now it's all I have. The leds are current usa orbit marine leds 36-48". Any help is appreciated.
