Phasing out tap water

I used tap water to set up my tank and am paying the price now. I recently got a RO unit and have done a 30gallon water change and then about 5 yesterday. It's a 75 gallon tank. My question is how often can I do these without disturbing the tank. Just trying to slow down the diatoms/algee blooms.
