Will these barrels be safe to use??

Well one of my trusty brutes in the basement has sprung a leak and I need to replace it...I haven't ever really been happy with them but it seemed like that was the best option I had at the time...not to mention I need to upsize my water storage anyway due to the upcoming tank upgrade



Anyway to get to the point I found a guy on Craigslist that has 55 gallon plastic drums available CHEAP!! They have a label on them that says salt solution as you will see in the pic below and I'm wondering with a good bleach and vinegar bath if they will be safe to use??
