is this light suspension kit going to work?

hi, i am going to start a new 55 gallon tank and i already have a 48" t5 fixture

and i need to find a way to mount it.



so has anyone used this and do u think its a good option?

and also i have a stand where there is 4 points that touch the ground and i have tile on my floor without a basement will it support a 55 gallon and a 29 gallon sump?
