80 gallon setup question

I am going to be settting up a 80 gallon rr tank with a 40 gallon sump and I'm not sure what I should use for a skimmer i have been doing some research and have been leaning toward a reef octopus in sump needle wheel but I was looking for some feed back also I'm not to sure what watt heater I should get or what brand name any feed back would helpful
