Hit 8.77 before the lights came on today... (could be partially because of the week old scrubber, but it has minimal growth) But I've started running 2 canisters in parallel with soda lime.
Odd thing is, nothing seems to be negatively affected.. Growth seems to have accelerated quite a bit..
Anyone have any experience past 8.5?
I'm wondering if perhaps 8.7 with kalk/additives is indeed different than oxygen injection. After all you're not exactly raising the ph in the same way.. And there's more oxygen in the water. (which is always good)
