too much flow for anemone?

I have a lta in my 20 long about 5 inches across. I have a hydor 425gph, another 350gph on the opposite side, and a 160gph on the hydor side that only comes on every hour for 15min that rotates back and forth, and a 200gph hob filter. is this too much for him? reason I ask is cause he let go of his spot he was at and floated around and now is wedged between rocks. only had him for 2 weeks
