just cant kill cyano..

Iv had my tank set up for almost 6 months now and for the last 3-4 months have had cyano.. I have 20lbs LR, 1" caribsea aragonite sand, 200gph hob filter for flow, hydor 425gph, another 350gph ph, and a 150gph that turns on and off. lights are reefradiance 165w led unit at 50% 14" high. I do weekly 2.5gal waterchanges and siphon good. also a aquaticlife mini skimmer which is doing great. I have a bar goby and a condy nem. I just took out a yellow wrasse yesterday and put in my other tank. why wont it go away?
