gbta acting weird

I have had my gbta for about 8 months now and the last few days he's been acting weird. first day he shrunk up and that night I noticed his mouth was open. next day he was totaly closed and only like an inch big total. next day opened up mostly but could still see the mouth. still the same today. he's not as green but hasn't lost too much color. 20 gal, 4 bulb t5ho with 5 month old ati bulbs, param are all 0, tank is about a year and a half old. he's been in the same spot for about 6 months.
