60 cube pump suggestion

I am getting a 60 cube, 24x24x24, with drilled overflow this weekend. It is going to be primarily a seahorse tank, with some safe corals, a goby, mandarain and perhaps a blenny. All seahorse safe according to numerous sites.



I am looking to get 10x overturn an hour, as suggested by a well respected seahorse breeder. I wish to do this through my return pump is possible, as I would like to keep all equipment in the sump.



Any suggestions on pump,? Mag 7, would give me about 500 gph, which I suppose is close enough to 10x over turn.



Are these pumps relatively quiet? Is there a better pump near that price point?
