i have a stray voltage problem... this is however a tricky one, lets get started. i was cleaning the sump when felt a tingling on a cut on my arm. it was a electric shock. i was horrified as ive had this happen before. i staryed unplugging everything 1 by 1 but it wouldnt go away till all the lights.heaters and one pump were unplugged. so basicly aperantly everything in my tank ecept one pump and one heater are leaking. yes i tested everything by itself also and it all leaks except for tht one pump and heater.is it possible that i may have a problem with my outlets. they are just regular outlets but they are old and beat up looking. should i replace them with gfici s? could this help in not everything leaking voltage? i also noticed that the majorit of the things leaking are two prong plugs no ground only 1 has it. please any one been through this before. thanks !
