Help Identifying Please

Hello - I recently setup a new 125g reef tank and loaded it with all dry rock and about 10lbs of live rock from my LFS. After about 3 weeks I noticed something growing on a piece of live rock. (The little purple things)

Please help me identify it as good or bad! Thanks much!
