A few questions for everyone. So I know I need a new light. I have no desire to have SPS and for lps maybe only hammer. Going to stick with mostly softies in the tank and master doing those until I upgrade In a few years to some of the more fancy corals. I've considered building my own led and buying some highly recommended ones but I just can bring myself to spend 400+ on a light. So I'm thinking black box since it will make my rocks look good and should support the softies and lps corals that I want.
For those of you that have them are you happy with it? For those that have seen my build thread my top canopy is low profile so I would get one with a 90 degree lens so I can keep it 3-4 inches off the glass.
Would something like this be all I need for a standard 65? The only thing I would have on lower levels would GSP's and maybe a few K trees.
