Ballast help

I have two 400 watt radium 20ks that I have had for a week. Thursday my ballast blew (electronic) it was older, and I guess time to go.

I need to replace them, on a budget. Luxocore has a switchable 250/400 ballast for 160.

But someone suggested these
Plus rite ballast, which are 35 dollars each

Can I use these, they are ANSI M135/155, 400 watt.

If it.will work the same, it would be.much easier to shell out 80 verseus 320.
