New LEDs

I am looking to cut down the long term cost of my tank and want to switch from my quad bulb t5 light fixture to a LED setup. I dont have the money to get some radions, but want something similar as far as controllability. I dont want to have just an on off switch were the lights are what they are and that all you get. If anyone knows of some cheaper LEDs that offer some controllability please let me know.
