Suggestions on lighting upgrade please!

With all the different lighting options and products out there I was wondering if any of you can tell me what it normal wattage for a 56 gallon bowfront...the current lighting on it is 36" long. I have no idea what the best supplier for this would be with a budget of 150-200. I'm going to have to upgrade the T8 I currently have on the tank.



Can some of you please list what is currently on your aquariums or what you have had the most success with please!
