Water Changing

Hello everyone. I have a 29 gallon Coralife Biocube with 25 pounds of LR and 25 pounds of LS.. I have been doing a 5 gallon water change every 2 weeks, but am considering changing that to a 5 gallon water change once a week.. Any thoughts?
