Torch Placement

I go a nice torch frag a couple of days ago. I trying to figure out the best placement for it. I have the Nuvo Fusion 40g cube with 1 Kessil 150. I have the frag placed on a rock half way to the top in the center of the tank. Is this ok or should I have it on the sand bed?
