As i posted some weeks ago i lost the female of my Ocellaris Clown - it stopped eating. The female was 2 inches. All other fish in my tank are doing fine. (dwarf bi-color angle, exquisite wrasse, yellow tang and YWM Gobie and the male (1 inch) ocellaris clown. I now find that the exquisite wrasse will not let the male clown eat and has him in a corner. I separated the clown in a floating tank within the DT. All fish have been in my display over 1 year with the exception of the wrasse. He was added about 4 months ago. I am thinking that maybe the female was harassed as well and that is what caused its demise. All fish in my tank are over 3 inches with exception of the remaining clown. Any ideas on how to solve my problem?
Seems that the ocellaris clowns are very passive- they always hanged together in corner of tank minding their own business. The Ytang, wrasse, gobie and bicolor angel are always bullying each other but are all able to hold their own. Should i get find the clown another home and replace with something that can handle my other rowdy bunch?
