Hi All,
One of my clownfish starting flashing up against the rocks a few days ago and I can't figure out why. He seems to do it most when the intensity of lighting is changed and then he will eventually calm down and stop doing it.
Tests show
Amm 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 15-20ppm
Salinity 1.028
Ph 8
Couls the high salinity be causing his skin to be irritated? I am in the process of slowly dropping this to 1.025.
I will attach some pictures of him, i cant see anything on his skin to indicate he is ill and he is eating as usual.
Also, he and the other clown are fairly new to the tank, about two weeks and the tank is about two months old.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Will
